Uncommon Man is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, and educational purposes. We exist to strengthen men through Christian discipleship and mentorship, reentry support for formerly incarcerated individuals, transitional housing, and life-skills development.
Our programs span workforce development and skilled trade assistance in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and construction along with business development, entrepreneurship support, community outreach, and youth mentorship.
We envision a world where every man regardless of his past has access to the mentorship, training, and community needed to build a life of purpose, dignity, and impact.
From the prison yard to the job site, from the classroom to the boardroom, Uncommon Man walks alongside men on every step of their journey toward restoration and leadership.
